Best app for avoiding annoying waits, and cuts down on the stare downs that diners feel from those waiting!

This is a great App and works great every time. We have two kids and waiting in line in the heat of Florida is terrible. This allows us to do other stuff and walk up when our table is ready. Kudos to the developer.

This app is awesome! I have used it several times. We walk in when we are ready and are seated almost immediately!

Thought it was a genius app when I went to Clinton Street Bakery and they said Ill be notified via this app. The app told me there was still 11 ppl in front of me but then Clinton texted and told me the table was ready and to be there within 10 minutes. We rushed there from our hotel and got there within 10 minutes, only to be told that weve lost our place in line because we exceeded the time limit. If the app was accurate, we wouldve been informed better. 2 stars to give it room for improvement because the idea is def needed, but when you wait a while and then lose your spot due to an inaccuracy, thats not cool

App shows me not in line as Im standing here waiting. And it removed me from line while i was waiting. Forcing me to go check in again with the hostess.

This is an amazing app to use at restaurants that dont take reservations! One suggestion though- there should be a feature to move your spot back in line. This way if you are stuck in traffic, etc., you dont lose your spot and other parties can go ahead of you. Would highly recommend using it!

The concept is awesome. Unfortunately, there are not enough places in our area that utilize the app to make it easy to remember that we even have it. Then, its a matter of remembering that the place we have decided to go is on the list of supported restaurants. We live in Mpls-St Paul area (not NYC or LA, but not the "boon docks" either). Until more restaurants jump on board, this app will only be useful to us a few times a year. I look forward to that day, because the concept is brilliant.

It would help if when you type in your phone number it allowed you to continue to the next screen!!! I wish there was a choice for zero stars!

Worth it totally!

I left the house and used the app. By the time my wife and I arrived we were next in line for a table for two! Within 2 min we had our table. Wife was very happy haha. By the way it is Easter Sunday and we called and the restaurant said a 30 min wait!

Saves you a lot of time, the only downside is that not many restaurants are on the platform. Guess I will not be visiting those restaurants anymore

This is a great application to save time

Like most iPhone users, I dont use location services because of the battery drain. You cant use this app without location services on. You cant save favorite restaurants. You have to start over every time and must use location services. This app could be so great if you could store save favorite restaurants and allow for someone to search by name, zip code and etc... Also, you are sent text messages that cost money to receive. So this free app costs you a $1-$2 every time you use it. It would be nice to use the app for the updates. A person could just look at the app to see the status. The app should be able to turn off the text feature.

I need to keep notifications on for when Im using the app. They shouldnt be using that to spam me at other times. Stop.

This app works flawlessly and save a lot of time when youre looking for a place to dine out!

We use this for the local pizza joint. Its fantastic. Usually saves us 20 minutes every time we go.

I love the idea of this app, but the two times we have tried to use it - once at a Bertuccis and once at an Unos - the hostess had no idea what NoWait was and we ended up at the bottom of the list upon arrival despite having the app in hand as proof. Very disappointing - there is no point in using the app if the listed restaurants dont honor it.

Love this app, we usually wait 30-45 min at Kerby Lane, today we got in line In the car on the way. We were seated 10 minutes later.

Cant check the status of my place in line. Somehow is associated with a random phone number.

I love this app. I wished that more restaurants would use it and I wish updates in regards to your place in line would be pop up like regular app notifications.
