Im in Albuquerque and can only use this app if I want to go to Chilies or Texas Roadhouse. Not exaggerating. Maybe they should send a rep out here for a week to talk to restaurants about participating.

Ill never wait in line again, and neither should you!

This is like call ahead seating, but with an easy to use App. You can put your name on the list and immediately see how many people are ahead of you in line. Dont let that number get too small before arriving and checking in because other parties may be looking for large tables or may not have checked in yet. E.g. when we received the text that our table was ready, we were immediately seated and the app was showing that we were still 6th in line. This was a big time saver!

This is a must have here in Fayetteville, NC. All the good restaurants are always packed so this is a great way to get in without the hour long waits walk in people have.

Very accurate

Its so useful! My husband hates waiting so when we have our date nights, we use this to its full advantage. Its nice being able to see how many people are in front of you to get a better gauge of when to leave the house. Ive never had issues with it personally but it can definitely depend on the restaurant how accurate the wait times are. Not a fault of the app though.

Its super simple. It kept me informed on where I was in the queue so I can maximize my wait time with our group instead of worrying. Im a fan!

This app has saved us over an 1.5 hours waiting in a line and we have only used it twice! Its so convenient to add into a line before you leave your house. The app lets you see your place in line too! Awesome.

Works best for close by places to eat because sometimes the wait is less than expected.

No wait is better than waiting

Im new to nowait and have been very pleased with its application. Its a great idea especially when you have children. Wish more restaurants with Sign on

Ive used this app once and found it helpful. Currently there arent too many restaurants using this service in my area, but I expect that number will grow over time. Other users have noted that the wait will sometimes be shorter than expected. I assume this could be caused by users reserving a spot online and then cancelling. When we used the app, however, the wait time was pretty much as listed.

Using this will make you wonder why somebody didnt think of this before. Great app, timesaver.

When typing a contacts name to share it with, there is NO WAY to hide the keyboard and pick a phone number

You dont actually get placed in line until you get to the restaurant which is the same as walking in off the street. I dont know how they sell it to restaurants as it absolutely doesnt work as advertised. Ive had the same experience at multiple restaurants and its not their fault, its the apps. Is it false advertsing?

As advertised! We wanted to go to The Friendly Toast in Cambridge which usually has 1-2 hour wait times for weekend breakfast. We started out 47th in line and by the time we got to the restaurant we were 17. When we checked in with the hostess, we were seated immediately. AMAZING!

Simple, easy and fast! Love it! Works like a charm!
