Does not work

Just arrived at a restaurant that uses this app. They texted me a link. I downloaded and followed all instructions. It listed the number of parties ahead of me (6) and there were only 2. I the. Refreshed after one party was taken and it crashed. I reran and it knew nothing about my reservation. Who releases an app like this?:-(
