Cool concept, but screwed me over

Thought it was a genius app when I went to Clinton Street Bakery and they said Ill be notified via this app. The app told me there was still 11 ppl in front of me but then Clinton texted and told me the table was ready and to be there within 10 minutes. We rushed there from our hotel and got there within 10 minutes, only to be told that weve lost our place in line because we exceeded the time limit.

If the app was accurate, we wouldve been informed better. 2 stars to give it room for improvement because the idea is def needed, but when you wait a while and then lose your spot due to an inaccuracy, thats not cool
